Message Area
Where message appear
LiveTraffic talks to you in the upper right corner:
Many messages collected, here on startup of a Beta version
Each message appears for about 5 seconds typically. New messages are added to the bottom and move upward as older messages are removed.
The area grows as large as necessary if several messages need to be displayed.
The text colours correspond to the warning level of the message:
Colour | Level | Meaning |
Pink | Fatal | LiveTraffic can no longer display planes for technical reasons. |
Red | Error | LiveTraffic might work, but definitely not as expected |
Yellow | Warning | Might not have an immediate impact but deserves your attention sooner or later |
White | Information | Nice to know |
In the Advanced Settings you can configure which warning level to see in the Message Area: If you want to be disturbed less often set this to Error, for example.
All messages displayed in the message area are also written to
Log.txt, which includes more information depending on your log level settings.Last modified 6mo ago
